The scorching heat of the sun damages your skin and you feel helpless. This summer keep your skin healthy and glowing with the following precautions:
1.Exfoliate
In summers, use exfoliating agents more often. During summers there is a speeding up of dead skin cells buildup more than the rest of the years. Your skin will appear dry and dull if you don’t stop them. It does not make any difference whether you are putting on nourishing lotions or anything else you won’t get a healthy and glowing skin if you do not exfoliate. Take a light scrubber for your body and face or make at home with some yoghurt and gram flour or milk and oatmeal.
2. Always be Hydrated
Your skin becomes dry due to excessive sweating and heat can leave your body dehydrated. For a soft and moisturized skin drink water and beverages regularly. It’s best to be in touch with fresh juices, green tea, water and buttermilk, coconut water. Avoid aerated drinks; they only damage your skin.
3. Be Safe from the Sun
Between 11 am and 3 pm avoid going out in open because during this period the sun is at his peak. Apply sunscreen before you are stepping out of your house. A higher SPF sunscreen is suggested by Dermatologist Juvitha Rasquinha. Juvitha says: “In the summer season, in addition to an increase in temperature, there in an increase in UV ray intensity that bears down upon the skin. Use of a sunscreen with SPF 30 preferably with a moisturizer is strongly recommended to prevent skin damage from the harsh sun in the summer months.” In the summer months use of a sunscreen with SPF 30 if possible with a moisturizer to avoid skin damage from the harsh sun. Wear sunglasses, and cover your hand…they may help you avoid sun tan.
4.Chill your Body
Summer is the time for tarnished skin conditions and heat boils. A lot of time is taken to get rid of these problems. Drink a lot of natural coolants like buttermilk, tender coconut water, barley water, fresh fruit juices to help to get rid of heat in your body. And you will feel yourself relaxed and cool.
5. Dealing with Sun Tan:
An easy tip to get rid of tanned skin is almond application. Make a paste of almond with some drops of milk. Apply on face and leave it overnight and rinse with fresh water in the morning. Your face will radiate like never before. Coconut milk can also be applied in a similar way.
